Covid-19 Diary: Ketika Negatif adalah Hal yang Positif

I was tested negative on Monday (12/06). I was glad and I thought it was over. I thought I could jog in the next day, do the cardio, tone up, and do all of the exercises that I like. I did not jog since forever–– since I felt on my motorcycle and I broke my left toe. I missed all of that.

Yet, as humans, we can only plan things, the rest is up to God. At this point in my life, though my antigen swab showing that I'm negative, I need to be patient and slowly regain my strength. Sometimes life sucks, but I need to suck it up.

I got gastric acid since covid.

I have never had that kind of pain before. My stomach acid has low levels of hydrochloric acid. I experience some symptoms such as nausea, upset stomach, burping, bloating, diarrhea, gas, and indigestion. I know it's a lot. I do not experience it like 24 hours or everything at the same time. There are several causes why people got gastric acid. My doctors said I have it because I undergo high levels of stress. And maybe it is because of nutrient deficiencies too.

There is some part of me that I do not accept this–– I want my life back. There is a bunch of food that I should avoid including apples, broccoli, cabbage, pears, chocolate, spicy and sour things, coffee, etc. I will miss drinking coffee, chocolate, and broccoli :( I need to control my stress too. I like some suggestions that I read on this page and I think it is doable. It's okay, I can do this. Dan seperti kata temanku, kita harus jadi manusia yang fleksibel.
